Processing purposes

IA Interior Architects collects and processes the personal data of customers for the purpose of customer and order management (including customer administration, monitoring orders/deliveries, invoicing, monitoring solvency, profiling and sending marketing and personalized advertising).

Legal basis for processing

Personal data will be processed on the basis of article 6.1. (a) consent, (b) necessary for the execution of a contract, (c) necessary to comply with a legal obligation, (f) necessary to safeguard our legitimate interest to undertake the General Data Protection Ordinance 2016/679.
As far as the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of Article 6.1. a) consent, the customer always has the right to withdraw the consent given.

What personal data do we collect?

We process the following personal data:

Surname and first name
Email address and (mobile) phone

Transfers to third parties

In a limited number of cases, your data will be shared with a number of partners. Our partners process your data based on our instructions and our contractual agreements with them. All IA Interior Architects' partners are also bound by the obligations imposed by the General Data Protection Ordinance. IA Interior Architects guarantees that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect their personal data.

Storage period

The processed personal data will be kept for the period necessary to comply with the legal requirements (e.g. in the field of accounting) for the provision of the services, requested by you. Once our contractual relationship has ended, we will process this personal data for as long as necessary for tax, accounting or other legal purposes.

Right of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and transferability of personal data

The customer has the right to access his personal data at any time and to have them corrected if they are inaccurate or incomplete, to have them removed, to have their processing restricted and to object to the processing of personal data concerning him on the basis of article 6.1 (f), including profiling on the basis of these provisions.
In addition, the customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, common and machine-readable form) of his personal data and to have the personal data forwarded to another company.
In order to exercise the above rights, the customer is requested to send an e-mail to the following e-mail address: info@ia-interiorarchitects.com.
We may ask you to provide proof of your identity for security reasons and to prevent unauthorized disclosure or misuse of your personal data. IA Interior Architects
will process your request within one month at the latest. If IA Interior Architects has legitimate reasons not to respond to this request, it will contact the person concerned and give reasons for its decision.

Cookies

During a visit to the site, 'cookies' may be placed on the hard disk of your computer. Direct marketing

The customer has the right to object, free of charge, to any processing of his personal data for the purpose of direct marketing.

The Client has the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for the Protection of Privacy, Press Office 35, 1000 Brussels - commission@privacycommission.be.
